Sandhills Dental Career Center, Inc. reserves the right to deny admission or readmission to students whose presence is construed by the administration as harmful or potentially harmful to Sandhills Dental Career Center students, faculty and/or staff.

Payment Methods ,Refunds, Cancellations and Graduation Requirements

A graduation certificate, letter of recommendation, and pin will only be awarded to those students attaining a 70% or above grade average. Those students whose grade average is below 70% will not receive a certificate and letter of recommendation, but will be allowed to retake the entire course (if desired) at a reduced fee of $1500.

Payments can be made with any of the below approved methods. A payment plan can be opened as noted above with a down payment of $1295 at registration. Financing can also be arranged with Care Credit upon credit approval. Applications for Care Credit will be provided upon request.

A full refund will be made, within 30 days of written withdrawal, of all deposits or payments if cancellation is made before the start of the first class.

If cancellation is made after the first class but prior to the second class, any tuition paid less a $475 processing fee will be refunded within 30 days of written withdrawal.

For classes during Class 2 through 5, $330 per session will be charged plus $475 processing fee and any remaining balance will be refunded within 30 days of written withdrawal . There will be no refunds after the 5th class.

Those wishing to cancel for illness or personal reasons may resume their course of study in the next class series with no penalty and may repeat the already completed sessions if desired at no additional charge or pick up where they left off. Please notify administration of these intention 4 weeks prior to beginning date of next class.
